Read an announcement in context

Check whether a story reports a reveal, an estimated release window or a finished figure reaching collectors. Those are different stages. An announcement can explain the planned accessories, while an in-hand review can show how the finished sample looks and moves.

For an older article, use its date and linked sources to understand what was known then. A sold-out notice or release estimate from that period may no longer describe the market. Search the figure’s exact model number to avoid mixing a later reissue with the original release.

For a display project, begin with the dimensions and care guides, then look at the individual figures you plan to add. That order helps you work out shelf space before choosing another large base, vehicle or group of characters.
