The Hot Toys Peter Parker MMS891 preorder captures Tobey Maguire’s transformation in Spider-Man 3, when the alien symbiote changes both Peter’s powers and his personality. His black clothing, swept hairstyle and exaggerated confidence make this version immediately recognizable. This sixth scale Hot Toys Exclusive focuses on Peter outside his superhero costume, while the included Spider-Man suit top and symbiote accessories keep the connection to his darker alter ego visible.

That combination gives the figure several distinct directions for a display. You can emphasize Peter’s street clothes and familiar dance gestures, reveal the suit beneath his shirt, or build a more dramatic arrangement around the alien effects. The character’s civilian appearance is central to this release, with the accessories providing different ways to show the symbiote’s influence.

Tobey Maguire Portrait and Pose Options

The head sculpt depicts Tobey Maguire as Peter Parker and includes separate rolling eyeballs. Adjusting the gaze gives you another way to direct the figure’s expression alongside the angle of the head and the position of the hands. The hairstyle is also an important part of this particular look, framing the face with the distinctive fringe shown in the prototype photographs.

The figure measures approximately 30 cm (11.8 inches) tall and has 30 points of articulation. Hot Toys includes 13 interchangeable hands: six pairs covering fists, claw gestures, index-finger pointing, two-finger pointing, web shooting and accessory holding, plus one open left hand. Tailored Black Clothing and a Magnetic Shirt

Peter’s outfit consists of a black suit jacket, shirt, trousers, socks and shoes. Under the shirt sits a black-and-silver Spider-Man suit top. The layered clothing is one of the defining features of MMS891, allowing the superhero identity to appear within an otherwise civilian outfit.

Magnets built into the shirt’s front opening allow it to open and close. In the gallery, Peter is shown pulling the shirt apart to expose the textured suit top beneath it. This gives the hands a clear role in the presentation and draws attention to the chest emblem.

Symbiote Effects and Included Accessories

The largest alien effect attaches to Peter’s right shoulder and features a symbiote head with a magnetically detachable tongue. Two additional effects attach to the arms.
