How the Early Body Works

The written examination adds an unusual detail: thin wires inside the rubber hands let the fingers bend. These are not the rigid, interchangeable hand sets familiar from later Hot Toys figures. The boots also have limited turning movement instead of the usual ball-jointed feet. Those construction differences matter when handling an original Famous Type body.
