A Large Robot With Bright Paint
The review described a figure about 16 inches tall, with a Scrander roughly 15 inches wide. The vivid colors were a highlight, especially for a fan of the animated character.
The set has interchangeable parts and a broad range of movement. Unfortunately, the forearm plugs did not hold securely on our example, so posing could dislodge an arm.
Why the Verdict Was Negative
Our reviewer also found sloppy paint on the face and a cutter attachment whose blade came loose. At the original price of nearly $400, those faults were hard to accept.
The figure was mainly plastic, with die-cast material in the knee and arm joints. The article records unanswered support requests from the original review period, not the company’s current customer-service arrangements.
How to Read the Quality Concerns
The written review records paint chipping, loose forearm connections and a blade that would not stay in place on the examined example. It also says the distributor had heard of other paint complaints, but provides no failure rate for the production run. Keep that distinction when judging the release. The large body and Jet Scrander make a striking combination, yet size cannot compensate for a connector that fails to support its accessory. A used example should be shown with the arms and wing assembly attached, rather than judged from a front-facing photograph alone.
