Stage and Gok-do Sword Poses

Mira’s singing face and microphone work for a stage display beside the other HUNTR/X members. Her long Gok-do sword needs a wider arrangement, particularly if the blade is held across the body.

Room for Mira and the Backdrop

The figure stands approximately 11.2 inches tall before the stage base. Leave room behind the pink hair for the lenticular backdrop, and keep the skirt chain and hanging ornament clear of the hands when changing poses.

A Closer Look at Mira

Mira’s pink hair, thigh-high boots and yellow skirt recreate her “How It’s Done” look. The pink knee pads, silver shoulder piece and chain are the smaller costume details to look for alongside her long pink hair.

Her Gok-do is much longer than Zoey’s Spirit Blades, which gives the two very different fighting poses. The curved translucent blade and segmented gold handle are easiest to see with the sword turned sideways.

Mira is HUNTR/X’s lead dancer and choreographer, which makes the performance side of this release especially fitting. Her dry humor and guarded personality are as important as the fighting. The smiling face gives collectors a different moment from the suspicious expression many fans associate with her, while the singing face belongs to the group’s stage performance.

That distinction matters when choosing how to present the whole trio. A concert arrangement works best when the faces look as though they belong to the same performance. Mira can still look like herself without having the most aggressive pose of the group. Her sharp features and long hair already make her easy to pick out beside Rumi and Zoey.

Netflix describes her as someone who struggles to trust people but is fiercely loyal once she does. That is a useful way to think about the character when comparing figures: the strongest likeness should retain her personality, not just reproduce pink hair and a yellow skirt. Look at the eyebrows and mouth in the close-ups before deciding which expression captures your favorite side of Mira.

The Artwork Behind Mira’s Colors

Netflix’s interview with the film’s artists explains why Mira’s colors are harder to match than they first appear. Her hair mixes pink, orange and coral tones; the production team did not treat it as one flat pink. That is worth remembering when comparing the Hot Toys photographs with a paused frame, especially under strongly colored stage lighting. Look for the relationship between her hair, skin and outfit rather than expecting every shot to show the same shade.

The Gok-do’s finish has a reason behind it, too. Character designer Ami Thompson describes the weapons as carrying musical energy, with shifting colors and the movement of liquid light. Weapon artist Euni Cho drew on cymatics, which makes sound frequencies visible as patterns. That background explains why a plain metallic sword would miss something important about Mira’s weapon. The curved outline identifies it, but the translucent color is part of the film’s design as well. Those are useful details to examine in the gallery before deciding how closely the figure captures the animation.

Hot Toys Mira is expected at US retailers in January–June 2027.

Buying from Hot Toys or Secret Base in Hong Kong usually means getting the figure around 6–8 weeks before US retailers. Overseas shipping accounts for that gap, but the timing varies by shipment.
