Han stands approximately 17.91 inches tall, and his raised base measures about 9.65 inches long, 6.69 inches wide and 6.1 inches high. Reserve space for Han standing on that base rather than using the figure height alone.

Quick-Draw and Escape Poses

The DL-44 works for the familiar quick-draw stance, while the E-11 and Stormtrooper belt give you his Death Star escape look. The supplied hand-and-forearm pieces keep the exposed wrists neat in those blaster poses.

A Closer Look at Han Solo (Quarter Scale)

The bigger format gives the Harrison Ford portrait, scar and leather gear more space to show their detail. The open vest, off-white shirt and red-striped trousers are the original smuggler outfit, with the droid caller and holster adding the small prop details Star Wars collectors look for.

A New Hope catches Han before becoming a Rebel hero feels like an obvious choice. He takes the job from Luke and Obi-Wan because he needs money, argues his way through the rescue and then comes back when Luke needs him. That mix of self-interest and loyalty is a large part of the appeal of the original vest-and-holster appearance.

Quarter scale also changes the comparison with a usual Hot Toys figure. The same subject at one-quarter scale is one and a half times as large in each direction as it would be at one-sixth scale. It is not just a little taller. The face, belt and clothing details become more prominent, which matters if this is intended as a single Han piece rather than part of an existing sixth-scale lineup.

The Millennium Falcon on the base is a miniature representing his ship. It is not a quarter-scale vehicle sized to the figure. The mixed scale is part of the decorative base design, linking Han to the ship without requiring a huge separate model. That distinction is worth understanding when comparing the product photographs with a plain figure stand.

Han's modified DL-44

The DL-44 is as closely associated with Han as his vest. Lucasfilm describes the weapon as reliable, accurate and easy to modify, with Han using a modified example. Those qualities fit a smuggler who depends on his own equipment. It is a personal sidearm, rather than the uniform equipment carried by Imperial troops.

In quarter scale, the pistol and the low-slung holster are prominent enough to deserve attention together. With the blaster drawn, leave the grip and muzzle readable instead of burying the weapon behind the torso. Holstered, it keeps the familiar outline of Han's original outfit. That quieter choice still says plenty about the character: he may be talking his way out of trouble, but the blaster is within reach.
