Hot Toys brings Kamen Rider W’s CycloneJoker form to sixth scale with its split green-and-black armor, four eye-lighting modes and two interchangeable scarves. The Double Driver, Gaia Memories and Stag Phone are included, while the Special Edition adds a green-and-purple wind effect.
The Special Edition adds the wind effect shown around the figure’s legs. The CycloneJoker figure and main accessories are included in both versions.

The CycloneJoker figure, LED eye feature, sculpted and fabric scarves, Double Driver equipment, Gaia Memories, Stag Phone, Akiko’s slipper and branded figure stand are shared. Both editions include eight interchangeable gloved hands: fists, open gestures, pointing hands and Gaia Memory grips.
Special Edition TMS195B includes the Standard Edition TMS195 contents plus one translucent green-and-purple wind effect. Hot Toys specifies button cells for the helmet lighting and lists a battery as included with the figure; the cell size is not stated.
The official photography pairs W’s pointing hand with a bent arm beside the Double Driver. The asymmetrical suit remains easy to see from the front, with the silver center stripe dividing Cyclone’s green side from Joker’s black side. Keep the scarf behind the shoulder so it does not cover the helmet’s long antennae.
The sculpted scarf gives W a fixed windblown shape. The fabric version’s wire allows a different curve for each pose. For the Special Edition, leave space around the feet for the circular effect; do not assume the stand’s footprint alone represents the complete display. The airborne poses in the promotional gallery should be planned around the supplied support.
The scarf, helmet antennae and optional effect all extend beyond the body. The figure is approximately 12.2 inches tall, but the complete display height on its stand and the posed width and depth are not specified. Those measurements are still needed to judge an older DETOLF fit. Measure the usable space inside your cabinet frame before ordering. A wider Moducase or Moduspace layout can leave more room between W’s scarf and neighboring Riders without forcing the arms close to his body.
Shotaro Hidari and Philip combine to become Kamen Rider W in the city of Fuuto. CycloneJoker makes that partnership visible in the suit itself: one half is metallic green with gold details, while the other is black with purple accents. The red compound eyes and silver W-shaped helmet decoration bring the two sides together. This release depicts CycloneJoker, W’s familiar green-and-black form.
Hot Toys describes four eye-lighting modes for recreating telepathic communication and combat scenes. The official overview shows different lighting combinations across the left and right eyes. A magnetic control activates the red LEDs. Hot Toys lists a battery as included and specifies button cells, but has not named the exact cell size.
The close-up photographs are useful for more than the lighting. They show the red eye texture, the helmet’s central seam and the transition from the bright green side to the darker Joker side. Consider which side faces the room when arranging a shelf: a three-quarter pose gives the armor a different appearance depending on the direction of the turn.
The Double Driver has slots for the Gaia Memories, with separate Cyclone and Joker Memories included for the belt. The storage set adds six more: Cyclone, Heat, Luna, Joker, Metal and Trigger. All six fit into the belt slots. An inactive buckle can replace the active one, letting you display the Driver closed or opened as shown in the accessory photos.
Changing the Memories does not change the figure’s armor. HeatMetal and LunaTrigger body parts are not included, so this remains a CycloneJoker figure whichever Memories you put in the Driver.
The sculpted scarf keeps the sharp ridges and sweeping shape seen in the studio photos. The wired fabric scarf provides a different option when a fixed sideways sweep would be awkward beside another figure. Both are included in the standard package, so the Special Edition is not required to switch between them. Look at the rear-view photographs to see how each scarf sits behind the shoulder.
Try the scarf position before settling on the arms. A wide gesture and a sideways sweep compete for the same shelf space, while a lowered arm leaves more of the silver scarf visible. The fabric option gives you more control over that curve.
The Stag Phone is supplied in cell-phone mode with a Stag Memory that can attach to it. Akiko’s green slipper is also included, with “Count up your sins!” printed on it. These are useful alternatives to displaying W with empty hands. The official photos show the phone held near the face and the slipper raised in a separate pose.
The storage case gives the loose Memories a place in the display. If you prefer a clean standing pose, the case can sit beside the base instead of putting every accessory into the figure’s hands. The official overview separates these small items clearly, making it the best image to compare against a retailer’s final contents list.

The standard figure already supplies the transformation equipment, two scarves and character-specific props. The Special Edition decision comes down to the wind effect. Its green and purple echo the suit’s two sides, but the additional piece needs its own space around the feet. Check the edition description and the full accessory overview together before ordering.
Hot Toys lists Kamen Rider W TMS195 and Special Edition TMS195B for approximately Q3–Q4 2027. That is the manufacturer’s estimated release window, rather than a guaranteed US delivery date.
US pricing and arrival timing remain unconfirmed. Hong Kong release and US retailer delivery may occur at different times.
